Bylaws

The Florida Society for Respiratory Care and/or any official agent shall disclose any apparent conflicts regarding financial interest in a product or drug; and/or, any discussion regarding utilization of FDA drugs or devices not within the approved regulations prior to working in this capacity. Public disclosure of information relating to advice given to outside parties will be prefaced with disclosure information.
