Vendor Registration and Information 

Thank you for your support of the Florida Society for Respiratory Care, and of the 2025 Sunshine State Seminar! To sign up as a vendor, please follow the below steps:

– Click here to view and download the 2025 Vendor Prospectus and Exhibitor Contract. 

– Please return the completed exhibitor contract via email to [email protected].

– Once you have submitted your contract, click here to fill out your exhibitor application, select your sponsorship levels, register your company representatives, and remit payment*.

*PLEASE NOTE: To confirm your booth, you must return the completed exhibitor contract, online application, and registration fee. Vendor registration is not considered "complete" until all three items have been received.

All sponsorship requests and marketing materials must be received by February 25, 2025 for sign recognition and publication in the program.
